List your property in Bulgaria freeHow it worksFor Romanians, Bulgaria is the seaside and the mountains next door. According to Bulgaria’s National Statistical Institute, cited by the Ministry of Tourism, Romanian guests registered nearly 1 million stays in Bulgarian accommodation in 2025 – a record, 8.5% more than in 2024 and over 50% more than in 2019. In June 2025, Romanians were the largest group of foreign visitors to Bulgaria, ahead of visitors from Turkey and Germany.

Many book short stays and long weekends, so even small places fill up.
